Shipping
Our "Original Artworks" will be shipped within 24 hours after receiving payment- depending on availability--- please contact Isak and Suzanne Artworks to see if it is indeed available.
Our "Prints" normally takes 3-5 days after payment.
Regular Parcel Airmail takes from 5 to 21 working days, depending upon your location. To USA – approximately 10 days. To Europe – approx 7 days.
The cost of shipping an artwork from South Africa to the USA starts from ZAR200.00 (approximately $21.00) and to Europe it would start from ZAR250.00 (approximately EUR20.00 ) however, prices are dependent on size and weight of parcels.
The least expensive option to ship original works is to remove them from their inner stretcher frames, roll them over a solid tube with protective wrapping and pack them inside a larger, extremely strong tube for shipping. The same apply for our prints.
For clients who would prefer artworks to remain on the original stretcher, shipping would cost more and a special quote would need to be obtained as it depends on the dimensions of the artwork.
Paintings that are shipped on the original stretcher frame are packed between 2 sheets of polystyrene, and encased in strong cardboard.
Parcels can also be insured to certain countries. The maximum insured value differs from country to country.
Taxes or duties also vary from country to country and also depend upon the value of your order. Please contact your country’s Customs and Excise Department for further information.
